I saw the job posting on indeed. I clicked on the link on indeed and it took me to a log in page for potential employees where you create a log in and password. On this page, you enter basic information: name, contact information, work history, skills, school/education. I received an email stating that I was selected for a group interview. The group interview was the following week. The hiring manager told us about the position and asked each person 3 questions. I received the job offer the same day as the interview.

Very smooth and fast. I had the pleasure of speaking with the BOC, who used to overlook the concierge department. Simple and straightforward questions, how you handle stressful situations, what similar experience you have etc etc.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living in May 2025

The initial interview went well, it was straightforward and I connected with the interviewer on a personal level. She asked if I had any availability later in the week for the second interview and I gave two options I could do. She said that was perfect and she'd let me know when to come in. Those days pass and no confirmation on a second interview. I inquired about it, and no response. Unprofessional.

Interview
I interviewed with the Business office coordinator first.I then received a phone call a few days later, to come back to interview with her coordinator.The interview was stress free, professional, and informative.Very pleasant environment.
