It was insightful I enjoy it but it was difficult and I made it to the second round of interviews after this first round of interviews which was virtual and the second round was online but still live
First stage: Impersonal online screening interview. Virtual interview with generic questions. You film your response to the questions, there is no human interaction. Tip: turn off your video feedback so that you're not distracted by yourself. Second stage: Interview with a real human, usually includes manager and an hr person. Both technical and HR questions
