Interview
For hiring the HR panel goes through the cv of candidate, if it satisfied the HR they call the candidate themselves then there is a panel of 2-3 people who takes interview. After that there is a vocabulary written test then there is a typing and hearing test on computer. Then after 2-3 days they'll call the candidate if it's satisfied them.
