Weld test doing welding on flat position and out of position but mostly on fixtures. You have to set up your own machine and make sure that your welds come all good

Interview
Phone interview with HR. Face to Face with company owner. Took a week for them to make an offer. They offered more than my previous position. Process was quick and easy b/c they needed someone immediately.
