Interview
First interview: A face-to-face or virtual meeting where the employer asks you about your skills, experience, and fit for the role. Second interview: A more in-depth interview where the employer may ask you more specific or technical questions, or introduce you to other team members or managers. Third interview: A final stage where the employer may ask you to demonstrate your abilities, negotiate your salary, or discuss the details of the job offer.
4 rounds of interview. After selection 6 month of training as Trainee Engineer. After 6 month, based on review you will be promoted as Associate Engineer. You will get minimum 3LPA and Max 3.5 LPA based on 6 month performance.
It was quite good in my opinion. Interviewer is also understandable and supportive in terms of questions & answers. questions asked were basics & tricky & knowledgeable. supportive at the same time.
