Interview
Submit resume and cover letter through the company website. Follow up with a phone call from talent recruitment at the network office. Then group interview stage at the network office in NYC that involves group questioning, teachbacks, etc...
From there move on to a one on one interview with a member of talent team before getting hired. The last stage is phone or in person interview with leadership at different schools within the network and will get officially hired by a specific school.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
