Interview
The interview process was somewhat lengthy and a little nerve wracking but not too difficult. First, they show you a presentation video about the school and their mission, then you have to do a teach back in front of everyone. They give you the information and they show you an example of how they want it done. Then they allow you to do it and offer their feedback. The toughest part to me was the writing assignments they have you complete when the group interview is almost done.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Question 1
There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
