Interview
Went for interview with Kelly's, then had aptitude test, then gallup. Didn't pass gallup. They gallup was done over phone. Hard to know how it went as the questions have multiple answers.
Very easy to talk to the interviewees. Was shown the factory floor after. I did not feel under pressure at any point. It was all very relaxed and enjoyable.No bad questions.

Around a 20 minute interview,it was with 2 production supervisors. They were really easy to talk to,no crafty stuff,why do you want to work with Stryker, reasons for this career move,tell me what you know about the company,what would you say your strengths and weaknesses are, general gist of it.

Even before applying for a position they have tips on how to get your cv recognised.
Dexterity is testing to see if your suitable ro do the role and working under guidance and testing Co ordination.
Online assesment tests the way your brain works and being able to problem solve and also spot inaccuracies
Gallup is intense but be honest, and they are looking for a good fit to the company.. someone who wants to work, and non confrontational.
Interview is about being proud of your achievements more than your skills..
Communication and tram environment so examples of how you have dealt with conflict , mistakes, difficult situations and examples of how you dealt with them. Why you applied and what you know about the company position you applied for..
Medical then, straight forward enough.
