Interview
We went through a four to five step process in which we were evaluated on our performance and also our personality. Everyone who I met with was a pleasure to talk with and was very inviting. This process tested myself and showed Stryker I was a fit for them and that Stryker was a fit for me!
It was a position for machine vision. 3 persons were present. Some general questions related to my experiences. Most of the technical questions were related to deep learning: training models, loss functions, over-fitting.

Interview
After applying through online, I got an invitation for phone interview. Basic General HR questions were asked. Then within 5 mins after the interview, got an invitation for the technical interview round. I was not shortlisted.
Way too long, i did the personality test. then 3 follow up interviews following that. All of which to not get the position. On that end, most positions they post are not even active.
