The in-person interview was nearly identical to the phone screening, with the same basic questions and little substance. I was told a candidate would be selected next week, only to receive a rejection email the same day. I wasted an hour commuting to their headquarters for something that could have been handled in a two-minute Zoom call.
Their IT department appears to lack proper training and offers no clear path for growth. There was no mention of benefits, which suggests they may be lacking. It seems they are looking for overqualified candidates who can hit the ground running but then offer a non-competitive wage compared to similar roles elsewhere.
Overall, the entire process felt unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend wasting time with this company.
