Interview
I made it to the second round of interviews, I think there would have been one more round left. The first round was very casual, the second round was supposed to be more challenging. Unfortunately, the interviewer, who is also the CEO of the branch, was 30 minutes late from the 30 minute interview. They ghosted me after I asked for feedback once they declined me with the most basic message.
It's simple, there are 3 stages. In all 3 describe how you are competitive, money motivated and progression orientated. All 3 interviewers will basically ask you the same questions. Include examples and you are golden.

Interview
Overall, the interview process was smooth, I had a phone conversation with the hiring manager about what the job role is and if this would be the right industry for me. Next steps are a face to face interview where youd meet the team members and have further discussions.
