Phone interview initial screen - followed by an in depth on-site day long interview with multiple team members 30-45 minutes in length. Depending on your position you are interviewing for, you could be asked to prepare a presentation of recent relevant research projects.

Every meeting was 30min with two people. The schedule was to meet about 12-14 people total. Also, there was a 30min presentation you need to give. First I met people that would be in the same research group as this job I was interviewing for. Then I met with other people in R&D. In the 1-2 interviews, I got a lot of personality and behavior questions. But during presentation, most questions are technical. They emphasized on the fact that they are a fast paced company, and there is a high workload on everyone.
