Simple and straight forward. Preliminary phone interview that is more of a conversation about the role and you as a person. Then you move on to the in-person interview which may be done with multiple personnel questioning you about your work history, your professional skills, and what benefits you would bring to the position. They will also use this time to give more detail about the position so you are fully informed.

What engineering/education experience do you have that makes you believe you would be a good fit for this position?
Cordial initial TEAMS call, discussed with lead engineers. Second interview on site. Standard questions on background, work experience, what you are looking for in this job. Got a tour of the facility, however most of the work is in office cubicle setting.
