The Interview questions consisted more about the personality and how I'd fit it with the team rather than focusing on the Job Skills. The HR set me up for interview with 3 different person on the same day. The Manager, the Senior Consultant and the Recruiter herself. The Hiring Manager spend more time on describing the position itself rather than asking me questions.

It was a phone call and then they scheduled an actual interview. They just wanted to do it and they did! They already decided the person. It was not even for 15 mins, they did it for the sake of doing it

Interview
Behavioral Interview with two other managers interviewing. Very straight forward behavioral questions basically describing your past experiences. A lot of questions asked for the results of certain scenarios. Like name a time you helped out someone and the result of that.
