I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Princeton, NJ) in Sept 2025
Interview
Recruiter directly called me and asked if I would be interested to apply in one of their openings. Recruiter rarely emailed but communicated through phone which made the process moving quicker. There were three rounds excluding the main HR recruiting, First two rounds were more than 90% technical, then an open end question about experience. They asked questions in a polite manner and friendly and this allowed me to articulate my thoughts. They were more inviting rather than interrogative. The third round was more introductory to the team and this time I knew I would get an offer.
