Interview
I had one phone interview and received a job offer the next day. The phone interview consisted of about 7 questions and only took about 15-20 minutes. Each question gave a scenario and asked how you would provide great customer service.

It was a panel interview with three claims teams managers. Questions were about how you demonstrated various competencies in other jobs or positions, with specific examples needed using the STAR method.

Interview
Simple 2 person interview in person. It Took about 30 minutes and consisted of just the standard situational questions. Job offer came about two weeks later. Overall I would say it was a well run process.

The interview process is about 2 weeks long. Very easy because they have a high turnover rate. Basic questions along with past work experience. I would say anybody can pass.
