Starlims interview questions

I had an initial interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with two technical support leaders, a technical test, and a visit to the office in Guyancourt. Then I had an interview with HR. After a month and a half of waiting, I was ultimately not selected. The most disappointing part was the lack of self-awareness throughout the process. They kept providing response dates that were repeatedly postponed, often with the excuse that someone was on holiday. In the end, after all the time and effort invested, I simply received a generic “Unfortunately, we have selected another candidate” message. It was very frustrating and felt highly disrespectful. Is this level of professionalism typical across the company?
