I applied online. I interviewed at Starbucks (California City, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Initial HR screener, then hiring manager, and then regional directors. The initial screener and hiring manager was pretty standard, but one of the directors was very old school with her questions.

Question 1
Describe a conflict at work and how you overcame it.
They are very hierarchical and want to know that you can keep up with their many rules. As long as you can follow their strict guidelines you'll be fine. There isn't room for creativity.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Starbucks (Washington, DC) in Apr 2017
Interview
-HR Screen
-Telephone Interview (Sales)
-Telephone Interview (BDM) x2
-In person round table (4 people)
I emailed to follow up on the round table interviews after not hearing anything for three days. At the writing of this review it's been three weeks without even so much as a rejection email. This process was long, arduous and overly complicated. And then to not have any communication as to the outcome is very disrespectful.
