The interview process is lengthy and involves an initial series of multiple short interviews with your potential direct supervisor, other relevant department heads, HR Director and the Head of School. This usually takes place over several hours on one day and all interviews are back to back, which can lead to hurried or abbreviated interviews depending on scheduling.This will then most often be followed by another interview specific to your supervisor and role. It should also be noted that this experience is relative to applying as a staff member and not a teacher.
