Interview
1 hour meeting discussing how to build a database for an application. Could not give me a reasonable time estimate for on average this is how much you work. Dont beat around the bush if you cant say its normally an 8-5 job.
Basic questions related to the preferred programming language and mostly concentrated questions with topics specified in resume, regarding the projects and previous work. Also Included behavioral questions.
First round would be HR and then technical for about an hour.

I heard back within two days of applying and scheduled a screening interview to see if my skillset aligned with company needs. This all about that first interview because it didn't proceed beyond that.
