We’re always aiming to improve our hiring process and candidate experiences, so we thank you for your feedback as it’s incredibly valuable and helpful.
With regards to the psychometric assessment stage of the interview process, our aim is to make sure there’s a strong alignment for both the candidate and the company, ensuring we’re providing candidates with the right role, company, and environment to thrive.
Our timed tasks are built to measure the ability to think critically in analysing information, drawing conclusions and making decisions in a fast-paced environment, which are some of the key skills required in the role of a Senior Product Manager.
We’ve since made changes to the process, where we actively ask candidates if we can make any adjustments to not only the assessment stage (such as adding additional time) but the hiring process as a whole. Our aim is to make sure that our interview process is as inclusive and positive and inclusive as possible.
