Pretty typical interview, Applied online and got a phone screen and then a panel interview which consisted of behavioral questions and technical questions. A week later i got an offer and accepted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum in Mar 2023

Applied through agency, it was contract project so interviewed by them first then final technical interview with charter's team. It was good experience. Mostly about my skills and about my back ground in general.
