I had a screening interview with a recruiter. The first screening appointment was canceled last-minute by the recruiter due to illness, after I had already gone through the trouble to prepare. When we finally spoke the following week, it went very well and the recruiter commented several times that I was acing his questions, but I received no additional communication at all after that interview. I received an automated rejection notice several days later.
Very typical. They asked your common questions and it was one on one interviews. The interview process was 3 total interviews with increasing higher level management until they offered the position.

Interview
Very smooth interview process. Starts with a phone call followed by meeting with the manager and 2nd round with the department director. It also depends upon what position one is applying for. The main element Spectrum looks for in their employees is culture fit.
