Interview
It was the old Applica management that hired me. Essentially an entire day of interviews back to back with minimal breaks or lunch time. The interviews were hard, tough questions, and you can tell all the interviewer's disliked the company. They were very open about, "You're probably going to hate it here".

Honestly, it was hundreds of questions. They were all tough, but the hardest was when the Sr. Director asked me to fix their current Walmart business development plan in 2 sentences or less.
