The team was engaged. They were knowledgeable and determined to find a good fit. Went through an onsite and then walked through quite a few interviews in one day. I didn't end up taking the job though, because I wasn't sure about working for Elon in the end. Immediate team seemed great, the company as a whole seemed to be worked to the bone.
