Interview
After finishing online test, HR would follow up. HR required doing the same test under his supervision(share screen to him). In the end, there is a in-person interview with three people one by one. Potential supervisor, supervisor's boss, senior member. If you success, you will get respond in a week. However, I never get any feedback after in-person interview. I think they are looking for more aggressive person. someone can push the agile process.

Interview
Interview process was long and thorough - but straight-forward enough. Great for finding the perfect fit for the company and clearly works well! First you take an assessment, then take it again with a member of the HR team. After that process, you will have 1-1 interviews with people on the team and your direct manager.

Take exam first and then hr will ask you doing the exam again and have a brief interview. Hiring manager, manager's boss, and a senior team member hold the last run interview. 30 mins each. Sovos is open to new graduated but wage is lower than average.
