Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your interviewing experience. Every step of our recruiting process, including the assessment, helps us identify and hire the employees who will contribute, build, and maintain our culture. The advantage of using the assessment process is to allow seeing things in an unbiased context, and to hire with future growth and potential in mind. In addition, we conduct entrance interviews with new hires after 90 days. In those conversations we constantly hear, across all our departments and locations, “The people here are great!” Each step in the interview process, the assessment, technical interview, conversations with various leaders all have specific purposes that help make our decision to continue creating a great work environment.
We also want to extend an additional thank you for finding the time to meet with our recruiting and hiring teams as well as your interest in Sovos. The individual we bring into this role will play an integral part in moving not only our Technology teams, but the entire business forward at a fast pace. As we continue to grow, we are looking at areas of improvement in all aspects of the business and that includes our interviewing and hiring process.
