The first round was good, the interviewer was helpful. Then comes the second round, the interviewer kept on interrupting and didn’t even bother to listen to the answer, trying to outsmart but in reality, he didn’t know anything himself. This speaks volumes of the work culture that would be prevalent, turning a deaf ear to what others are saying and instead doing whatever they want.
