I had a phone call with a recruiter first, which was followed by an interview by who would soon be my supervisor. Both were less than 30 minutes or so, and then this was followed by another call with the recruiter where I was offered the position.

HR phone screen for 15 minutes, asking some background questions, and introducing the duties of this job. Then proceed to a Teams interview with the SVP for around 20 minutes.

Interview process is convoluted and completely opaque, and that is for applying internally. Postings, throughout the company, are often made after the position is filled. Expect to wait quite a while before you are told, that's if they even tell you.
