Phone interview with the individual running the entire program. All behavioural or experience-based questions and questions to gauge one's interest in insurance. I was asked to walk through my resume and whether I was considering a career in insurance.

Just asked questions about my previous work experience, why I chose my major, why I'm interested in the internship, etc. The interviewer was super friendly and easygoing! I got invited for a second interview afterward. Very easy questions.
