During the initial phone screen they asked me questions about my experience and briefly explained the role. They then invited me to do a coding challenge with a week to complete it. I completed it in a few days and submitted it online. I followed up to confirm they received my submission but they never responded. I followed up 3 times, but I never received a response. After spending several hours on their coding challenge, I was shocked that they couldn't take 2 minutes to reply to my email. I am very disappointed in their unprofessional behavior.
