It was a panel-tape interview where they asked general questions in order to gauge my responses based on my experiences based on the type of questions they asked me. They basically asked general purpose type questions to gauge my responses where the response was neither right or wrong. They just wanted to see how I would be able to react to different question based on my experiences

a small panel of four managers asked similar behavior questions about working in a team and communicating to groups/meetings. everyone was focused and gave a small background of their experience in the company.

Typical STAR interview questions. Very corporate atmosphere in the Gas Tower. I wish they tell you in the beginning that you get a parking voucher. I dont know the LA area that much. I paid $20 to park in a structure for my 1 hour interview.

Interview
Pretty easy, I had applied on the SoCalGas website and after 3 months I got contacted in text to interview through Microsoft Teams. 3 PMs interviewed me and asked me about my experience and some behavioral questions in the SHARE format.
They were very nice and the interview was purely based on my experience and getting to know me. They were very open to questions and everybody was very transparent.
