Snap UI Designer interview questions

The recruiter contacted me through emails and I got on a call with her. She set up a video call for me with the "hiring manager." It turnt out that guy is located in Ukraine and he has problems in English. He has a hard time to explain things. he doesn't share any design energy, he only asks about tools I'm using... i asked him could could get me excited about this opportunity; he cannot say anything. He asks me to talk to the recruiter.......I don't have a good hope with snap if this is the people they keep in the companies. After I challenged them, and I told them I'm going onsite with Facebook, they went silent. Ha
