Initial phone interview for around 40 minutes -- bit of background and some simple SQL SERVER specific questions -- easy to weed out people who truly don't know much. Then a face to face with two interviewers -- with one of the founders; which was pretty tough, getting indepth and writing code (with paper and pen!). Finally a 3rd interview with Head of Engineering and a colleague just to get a personal feel
