Interview process:
1. Interview with the recruiter for 30 min for simple behavioural questions
2. Interview with the hiring manager for 30 min to go over role, current state of the team, and job requirements. Also gave me a quick rundown on the interview process- a business case and panel interviews including 2 teammates and HM’s boss.
3. Met with recruiter to go over salary expectation. Agreed on range and additional benefits. She said she will circle back on scheduling next interviews
I followed up with the recruiter a week later as I haven’t heard anything
Ghosted……….
I still see them posting the position on LinkedIn for the past 3 months - it seems like they are not serious
