SimplePractice Customer Service interview questions

Had two interviews, one on the phone and the other over zoom. Both seem fairly relaxed, but I still do not receive the offer. That being said, I do feel like the second interviewer did not seem to like me for whatever reason. Came off as an awkward and very quick interview.
