A recruiter from Boston Private reached out to me on LinkedIn to tell me that SVB just bought them and they are expanding the private wealth mgmt business. I passed the recruiter phone screen and hiring manager interview. Then, I had to leave work early for the next interview, but the next interviewer didn't show up. I rescheduled the interview. Then, it looked like the make up interview was a no show again, but the interviewer ended up calling me late to apologize and told me at the end of the interview that the next steps were probably in person final round interviews. Then, I got completely ghosted despite emailing the recruiter and interviewers for follow up. The recruiter didn't even have the decency to tell me that they decided to pass. So disrespectful.
