Interview process was typical. Email from HR. Show up on time. Talk about yourself in front of the group. For a small company (<100 employees), I was a little surprised that I did not receive an email/phone call letting me know that I was turned down. Other than the lack of common courtesy from HR, seems like a decent place to work for engineers.
