The profile shortlisting was done by HR recruiting team where they asked basic questions for Profile short listing. This went well and then I was asked to go through a video call for technical round. The round went pretty smooth with very basic IT related questions and some case scenario questions. The profile was then shortlisted for second round of interview with Hirining Manager and Bangalore Unit Siemens Gamesa CFO - the interview went for almost 50 minutes comprising of questions related to my day to day work and mostly project management related questions. The interviewer were quite impressed with the interview and my profile. After a week time HR reached out and asked if I can go on another round of interview with Hiring Manager as he needs to have some more clarification about my profile. In another week there was an interview scheduled with Hiring Manager but this was more on side of him making me aware of the day to day tasks and if that suits my interest to which I was Ok and showed my consent and interest as well. I was told that the HR will reach out to me very soon with next action items. However it has been more than 2-3 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. I tried reaching out to recruiting partner through emails but in vain. I would have appreciated that even if they don't want to take the profile forward they should have at least told a reason and acknowledged my emails.
