Two interviews, one with the director of the department and one with the direct manager. Didn’t hear back from them after that. Seems they are looking for a senior hire but didn’t specify that in the job description.
Overall interview process went well and was pretty standard. The first round interview was with the hiring manager over a video call. The second round interviews was with the team members and higher-up management
