We went through Campus Recruitment. First they conducted written exam which basically easy. Exam is mostly based on Financial Management Accounting. Capital Budgeting, Working Capital, Cost of Capital, Ratios, Retained Earnings, Lease Accounting, Income Statement, EBITDA... etc.
Then they selected 2 people from top, and next round was team lead round interviewed by Team Leader in that company. Which is mostly technical same Management Accounting Questions.
Then he asked both of us to come after two days for VP round. VP round is somewhat hard. He asked both technical questions practically applying them to real world. And achievements and projects from Resume. Difficult thing is he asked lots of HR questions and personal questions. He asked what you'll do if you are alone in company and you got any doubt about how you'll proceed. How you'll accomplish dead lines. Why are you choosing this company....etc.....
They are also checking communications skills
But they rejected both of us.....
