I first had an interview with a regional HR person over the phone and was then called in for a second interview with the store manager at the specific location I applied for.

ex) Tell me about a time when you had a difficult interaction with a customer, have you ever felt the need to sacrifice safety for speed when working, tell me about a time you made a mistake in the workplace, etc.

Hire Vue interview easy. Once you fill out the application, in the same day you get the link you have 7 days to complete it. I passed my virtual interview moving on to the phone interview

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
