I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Charleston, SC) in Nov 2012
Interview
Hiring process took about one month. Same as all the other comments on this cite. First part starts with the recruiter at a college campus, then filing out a basic application online. Followed by an interview with the store manager where you can get a look at what goes on in a typica store, then an interwiew with the disctrict manager and then another interview with the branch manager. All interviews were very conversational and easy compared to other employers that just want to drill you with questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Just be prepared. Know why you have an interest in the company and why you want to work for the company. If you are not interested from the beginning it will show!
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

Asked mostly about my experience and involvement in college.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
