I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sharp Consultancy (Leeds, England)
Interview
Interviewed as a graduate. 3 Interviews and a Psychometric test.
MD basically said I wouldn't make it and that I would be a risk (I stayed 2.5 years).
Presume this is his scare tactic
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sharp Consultancy (Leeds, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
A pretty corporate affair, interviews in a very oldschool style board room. Lots of quite in depth questions about the sort of person I am. In total 3 rounds of interviews including personality profiling and discussing the results of that.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sharp Consultancy in Jan 2017
Interview
Had to perform a psychometric test on paper (I assume copies were printed in the 1980's and there were still some left?)
1st comment by the MD following the result was 'You are an extremely anxious person!' (I was out of work with a mortgage to pay...yes I was anxious!)
The process did move quickly and I was successful, however the MD was quick to make sure I felt insignificant during his interview with me. I did assume he didn't want to take things further and fed that back to the rec2rec at the time.
As I had no further options on the table and I was immediately available at the time it reflected the lower than market rate offer I received.
