Very bad and shameful experience. Interviewer was classless. Showed up late and would not stay off her phone. It was apparent that she was not going to hire me within minutes of meeting her. She kept cutting me off while I tried to speak. I was trying to explain why I was willing to work for this organization regardless of the low pay and all she could do was remind me that this job was only for a recruiter. I tried to explain how I wanted to join an organization of this type because it was my calling and how I wanted to grow with them but she keep making it clear that there was zero growth and that she pretty much wanted someone to retire in this entry level position.
