I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Remote) in Oct 2022
Interview
The whole process took about a month and a half. Did a recruiter phone screen two weeks after turning in my application. Did three back-to-back technical interviews, 30 minutes each about a week after the phone screen. All interviewers were very nice including recruiter!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first interview was on systems design. Questions about data structures and algorithms to implement a particular system and the logic behind your choice(s). The second was also DSA-heavy but also involved discussing about projects, JavaScript and past experiences. The final interview was also systems design. I had to implement a class for designing a particular system
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Recruiter Call and then Technical interview with 3 software engineers. They worked with you as you solved the problem. There are no test cases, it is like a system design problem.
Pretty straightforward, had to follow up with the recruiter a few times though as they are a little slow but the final interview was 3 back-to-back interviews, one behavioral, one technical behavioral where they asked a super simple programming loops question, and one hiring manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (use STAR format and you'll be good)
My First round was a Recruiter Interview where I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. The second/ final round was a coding interview with a panel of 3 engineers.
