Honestly had a pretty good interview process. Was well informed of next steps and Servicenow were very accommodating when it came to time scheduling. So the interview was as following: 1. Screening call with recruiter 2. Call with hiring manager 3. Culture call with team member 4. Panel interview Everyone was so lovely throughout the process and unlike other interviews things that stood out were the hiring manager contacting me prior to the interview mentioning how he was looking forward to speaking with me. It really made a difference and showed that they have a human side to the business.
