Sequin (CA) interview questions

Consisted of a 3 step interview. First a git challenge, pretty easy, about rebasing branches, then a React frontend challenge to meet design and expected outcomes, about 4 hours to complete the task, those 4 hours were paid, and in then a 30 minute soft interview, after that a 2 hour long interview about my career experiences and goals, the interviewers were the co-founders, one CTO the other CEO, amazing people that will do well in any field they apply themselves to, I ended up not being hired due to being fully FE, I demonstrated a high interest on BE. I got a part time offer though, which didn't make sense for me to leave my current company so I declined.
