I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sendoso (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
There were a lot of interviews. I had 7 over the course of a month. No challenges or role plays - all conversations so they could uncover how you think. They were in a high velocity hiring phase at this time and have since laid off most of the company so this may no longer be the case

Question 1
In the time since we last met, what have you learned about Sendoso?

Interview
Three rounds. Pretty casual conversations, "tell me a time when" types of conversations with the first two managers. Was told to be fully prepared for the third and final round as this manager will be very interested in KPI's, numbers, etc. Third round asked me nothing of the sort. Interesting but not difficult experience.

Interview
Did not enjoy my interview experience here. Hiring manager was rude. He was also distracted doing whatever he was doing on the computer and it wasn’t to take notes I assure you. Asked really weird questions on the call and then decided to argue against my answers, I thought answers were subjective based on experience and what worked successfully for the candidate? Overall made me feel uncomfortable.
