There was a fair where you could give your resume to multiple departments (this was pre-COVID). If a department is interested in you, you get a call back interview. My call back interview was via phone call.

The interview was a phone call with the departments I met with at the open house. The majority of the questions came straight from my resume and the others were behavioral type questions. The interviewers were really nice and led the interview like a conversation.
